Distance Markers
Confirmed participants receive on their Profile-page information such as the location they “reached ” so far, how many days are left, the percentage they did so far, how far ahead or behind they are, etc.
All participants can explore with Google Street View the location they reached: Participants location on the virtual map (by clicking on their respective marker).
For the wider public, we list below the Distance Markers for all the places our virtual routes go through on the national routes, so you can get an idea about the itinerary of our virtual adventure. For most places, additional information is available, by clicking the location name.
